A weekly accountability group workshop online, where you get to focus in on your project to get clarity on what's needed for each next step. You can expect encouragement, inspiration and support, the sharing of resources, ideas and helpful feedback.
These sessions are based around three questions:-
(a) How was your week, working towards your project?
(b) What's your next small (or big) step forward?
(c) How can any of us help in some way?
The act of showing up consistently for yourself and for others creates an energy of momentum and progress that we simply don't have when we attempt to go-it-alone.
1-2-1 Catalyst Conversations
Alongside accountability you can choose to include 1-2-1 conversations. No-one is better to advise you, than YOU and these conversations help you access your own inner expertise! A space of partnership where you can really get creative and clear away the specific hurdles, so you can take your bold steps, out of your comfort zone, toward bringing your magnificent project to life.
The conversations can speed the journey and make it an even more satisfying one, helping to remove the need to 'feel the fear and do it anyway' that might be there with the accountability-only route. Instead it's an opportunity to find a deeper empowerment to take each step forward with a fresh perspective and fresh confidence.
